Hey guys,

I’m Ashlee!

I’m more of a straight-shooter, so let me introduce myself and get right to the good stuff.

Have you ever had that feeling that you're meant for something different…something that doesn't fit the conventional path everyone expects you to follow?

Yeah, me too. And I decided to listen to that feeling…

The journey begins in...LA!

Imagine being backstage at the Grammys when your aunt wins for her collaboration with Babyface. That was my reality in LA, where I served as assistant and talent manager to Toni Braxton.

Did you know we performed private shows for actual kings and queens?

Yep! My LA years were a whirlwind of:

  • Coordinating international tours and Broadway appearances

  • Working behind the scenes on "Braxton Family Values"

  • Occasionally jumping on stage as a backup vocalist

  • Building relationships with entertainment's biggest names

But here's the thing about comfort zones—they're beautiful until they become cages.

Then a life restart in…PARIS!

That's exactly what I had in 2014 when I moved to Paris, France without speaking a word of French. Talk about a big life change.

I started as an au pair teaching English to 3 amazing children. Have you ever had to communicate entirely through smiles and hand gestures? It's humbling in the best possible way.

Then within a few years, I worked and negotiated by way into working at two top French Tech companies. As the leader of many hats but by definition as an executive assistant to CEOs, I became:

  • The bridge between vision and execution

  • The unofficial company emcee for major events

  • The coordinator for international projects and expansion

What would happen if you took that leap you've been dreaming about? Sometimes the scariest jumps lead to the most beautiful landings.

and now… Sunny Barcelona!

This Mediterranean chapter marks my evolution from corporate professional to creative entrepreneur. I've launched into the events industry, created "The Happy Choice" podcast, and expanded into acting and modeling across Europe.

But the most significant transformation? Finding my voice as an advocate for resilience.

The Part of My Story That Might Surprise You

Growing up with the Braxton name came with unique challenges. Behind closed doors, I faced trauma and abuse that shaped my early years—experiences that many couldn't reconcile with my family's public image.

Have you ever felt like people see your outside circumstances but miss your inner reality? That disconnect can be lonely, but it also teaches you incredible empathy.

Today, I speak openly about this journey because I've learned that our deepest wounds, when healed, become our greatest gifts to offer others. Every time I share my story, I witness the power of authentic connection to create ripples of healing.

What if We Stopped Trying to Fit Our Lives Into Neat Little Boxes?

People often ask me, "Ashlee, what exactly do you do?" And honestly, I love that there's no simple answer!

One day I'm hosting an international tech conference, the next I'm on a film set, and the following week I might be leading a workshop on authentic storytelling.

The common thread through everything? Genuine connection. Whether I'm on stage speaking to hundreds or having coffee with a new friend, I bring my whole self to every interaction—the lessons from LA's fast pace, the adaptability learned in Paris, and the creative freedom discovered in Barcelona.
